Shipping and Handling:
Jolly’s Toys will process any order we receive within three to five (3-5) business days of receipt (excluding weekends, holidays, etc.). Customers will have two options for delivery: “standard shipping” and “in-store pickup”. If a customer chooses “standard shipping”, they will receive their order either through UPS or USPS (per Jolly’s Toys discretion); furthermore, said customer will be charged an additional 30% of the order’s subtotal at the time of purchase to offset the cost of shipping. If a customer chooses in-store pickup, the customer may come to the Jolly’s Toys brick-and-mortar location (8800 N. Main St., Helen, GA 30571) during listed business hours to pick up their order; as a result, they will not be charged any fee for shipping/handling. Please allow one to three (1-3) business days from order placement to process “in-store pickup” orders.
As always, Jolly’s Toys will give the utmost care to protect shipments to the customer; however, there are circumstances beyond our control that may result in breakage of shipments enroute. If an item is received clearly damaged from shipping, the customer must reach out to Jolly’s Toys via email (jollystoys@yahoo.com) within five (5) days of receipt, detailing the extent of the damage and including picture(s) of the damaged product(s). If deemed appropriate, a refund will then be granted for the damaged product (including any sales tax and/or 30% shipping cost for that item). Please see “Refunds/Returns” for further details on the Refund process.
Refunds/Returns:
Jolly’s Toys believes in the quality of our products; however, we realize that there are certain times when refunds and returns are necessary. An item may be refunded if the item received is either defective or damaged from shipping. If an item received is clearly defective, the customer must reach out to Jolly’s Toys via email (jollystoys@yahoo.com) within five (5) days of receipt, detailing the extent of the damage and including picture(s) of the damaged product(s). If deemed appropriate, a refund will then be granted for the damaged product, along with the 30% shipping cost for that item if the item was received via “standard shipping”. For items that are damaged via shipping, see “Shipping and Handling”. If an item is either defective or damaged in shipping, the customer does not need to return it to Jolly’s Toys.
If a customer receives a product not damaged in shipping or defective but desires to return the product, they may choose to return it. Returned items much be in the original condition in which they were sent (e.g., unopened packaging, complete parts, etc.); additionally, the customer must contact Jolly’s Toys via email (jollystoys@yahoo.com) within five (5) days of receipt. If these conditions are not met, a return will not be accepted. If a customer chooses to return an item and meets the above conditions, they have several options.
-First, they may come to the Jolly’s Toys brick-and-mortar location (8800 N. Main St., Helen, GA 30545) during listed business hours and present the returned item along with a printed copy of the receipt. Jolly’s Toys will then process a refund.
-Second, they may choose return the item via USPS to Jolly’s Toys (P.O. Box 75, Helen, GA 30545). The full cost and responsibility for shipping, however, will rest on the customer. When Jolly’s Toys receives the returned items, we will issue a refund within 3-5 business days if the terms expressed above have been met.
For both “Returns” and “Refunds”, the appropriate charge (see above) will be returned to the same method of payment used by the customer to make the purchase. The refund process usually takes 3-5 business days from the date that Jolly’s Toys authorizes the refund; however, if the customer does not receive the refund after two (2) weeks from the date that Jolly’s Toys authorizes the refund, they are encouraged to reach out to Jolly’s Toys via email (jollystoys@yahoo.com) and to their credit card company.
